so while we were waiting, we had this photoshoot.
(the girls were already styled and dressed up to shoot, but we didn't intend to shoot there... oh wells, it worked!)

Ouch about the car. I looked at the photo of the carnage and thought, "How the heck did you get into the ditch?" Then again, this is coming from one who totaled her car from slipping on a patch of black ice.

They look so bored but it's pretty.

it was increeedibly slippery, i could barely even walk on the mud. and the mud just dragged my car into the ditch, i couldn't brake or steer or anything.

Yikes. We don't have many dirt roads here in Northern IL so I wouldn't know what it's like to drive on them. I hope it wasn't totaled (unlike mine)!

nope, not totaled! just a litttle wet and gonna be moldy perhaps, so we'll have to take care of that.

a lot of colors were as they were, the light was really golden, shot as sunset.
the rest was done in RAW editing.
